National Park education

ASA worked with a strong leadership team to review the National Park's residential education service and present options for future sustainability.  Full commercial and education data was collected from service users and compared with regional organisations, to establish benchmarks and provide examples of good practice.

EdTech proposition

The education technology landscape is a fiercely competitive one, where opportunities are significant but the market place overcrowded and great ideas can get lost.  ASA worked with an award winning EdTech company to rethink it's product development and marketing strategy for UK schools, helping the organisation position its offer effectively and drive up UK sales.

Multi-Academy Trust support

ASA worked with a leading MAT to deliver a robust model for managing geography provision across the MAT's portfolio of schools.  Using an evidence-based approach, course options from different Awarding Bodies were evaluated and testing procedures scrutinised, to recommend a single course that would be suitable for all schools to adopt.

Revised training models

ASA supported a national education publisher to evaluate and implement the transition from a conference and face-to-face teacher-training model, to one which offered greater flexibility, using bespoke online and web-based resources.  Educators can now choose when and how to have their training and, are supported by a more cost-effective range of solutions.
